Score Improvement Guarantee
We’re committed to helping students achieve their goals. To be eligible for the Score Improvement Guarantee you MUST complete these items: have a recent pretest on file with us (within the last 90 days); complete a minimum of 6 hours of tutoring (for 1-on-1), complete a minimum of 12 hours of semi-private tutoring, or enroll in a course; complete a schedule with at least one session each week leading up to the exam; attend each agreed upon session; mindfully complete all assigned homework and practice tests (using the GSP Strategies); and prepare for the next official test date following the test date you just completed. A Superscore is not included in our Score Improvement Guarantee.
ACT FLEX Course
For new students who completed the ACT FLEX Course, if your composite score does not improve, we will allow the student to continue attending classes leading up to the next official test date. The student must attend 12 classes within six weeks of the test date to qualify for the score guarantee.
If the student is meeting with a tutor not associated with Get Smarter Prep, the Score Guarantee is not valid.
Please keep in mind, you must have completed the steps listed above to be considered for the score guarantee.

ACT Private Tutoring
For new students who complete less than a 15-hour Tutorial: If your composite score does not improve, we will extend a future Flex Course, if deemed applicable.
For students who complete a Private Tutorial consisting of 15 or more hours, we will honor our Score Improvement Guarantee for students that meet the above requirements and realize less than a three point improvement.
If the student is meeting with a tutor not associated with Get Smarter Prep, the Score Guarantee is not valid.

Semi-Private Tutoring
If your composite score does not improve, we will extend a future Flex Course, if deemed applicable.
For new students who complete a Semi-Private Tutorial consisting of 20 or more hours, we will honor our Score Improvement Guarantee for students that meet the above requirements and realize less than a three point improvement.
If the student is meeting with a tutor not associated with Get Smarter Prep, the Score Guarantee is not valid.
